Let the truth touch your mind
And transform you

Rap:
Am in the hood
See the truth coming
Right from the the streets feel the peace dropping
Its a new era , keep the huge fire burning
Street general for the king
Am straight balling
Let the light come through
Let the rhythm touch you
Let the hope reach you
And the flow of the message
Couch and teach you
Educate you, elevate you
Propel you to catch the vision
Speed and race through
All I wanna give to the street is the p-creed
All I wanna spill
Is the gospel for the street g's
Its change for the street
Its love for the street
Yeah!
Am bringing Christ to the street
No stopping me
Am on the fast lane
No holding me
Am red hot like the fire flame
Am on the right lane
Might be the narrow way
But all I need
Is the prize behind the heaven's gate

Chrs:

Rap:
My will , my heart ,my mind , my life
Is locked up in Christ
I can talk about it with pride
P-evolution forever
Igniting the world together
Raising God's generals on the hood
We taking over
Giving the g's a life worth living
A life not driven
By the corrupt waves on the street
This' a heavy rain in the dessert
This is crowd in a ghost Town
This is road in jungle
This is hope in this world of evil
Get the vision for the blind mind
Am setting this like a land mine
Steppin' on it gonna get exploding
Shinning like a star
Repping Christ in the hood that's the way I ride
God gave me an offer I never turn it down
Cos I know afterlife
Am gonna get the crown
Thatz why am waving my flag
Till the day I hit sky

Chrs:

Verse:
This' whatz going down
Let the spirit touch you right now
Get the salvation
Open up your mind
Make a decision
No matter what you've done
All He wants is for you to come
He wants to change your story
From pain down to glory

Unseen Realities

Alot of thoughts
make mind bounce
So many unspoken words
make tongue pounce

Like,
Gold deep down
These wealths
These treasures
Hidden in all of us

Every man is born with an identity
We are all original
Real,
Nothing is new under heaven
But under heaven we must be real
Childhood dreams never fantasies
They're only little dots
On the road map
The bickering of purpose
never any form of fallacy
We can all succeed
Atimes we fail
We all learn
We all make mistakes
I can be in the closet
Hiding behind the pen
Even I can try
But to the whole world
I will be openly seen
Or...
You in the open
On that elevated stage
Writing your own page
Its all true
We are all great entities
Chilren with unseen realities

10 Oswald Chambers quotes

Oswald Chambers was an early twentieth-century Scottish Baptist and Holiness Movement evangelist and teacher, best known for the devotional My Utmost for His Highest. There are many great Oswald Chambers quotes.

Having read My Utmost For His Highest many times, Oswald Chambers has greatly influenced my Christian life.

10 Oswald Chambers quotes

Worship is giving God the best that He has given you. Be careful what you do with the best you have. Whenever you get a blessing from God, give it back to Him as a love gift.
Take time to meditate before God and offer the blessing back to Him in a deliberate act of worship.
If you hoard a thing for yourself, it will turn into spiritual dry rot, as the manna did when it was hoarded.
God will never let you hold a spiritual thing for yourself; it has to be given back to Him that He may make it a blessing to others. – Oswald Chambers “

We lean to our own understanding, or we bank on service and do away with prayer, and consequently by succeeding in the external we fail in the eternal, because in the eternal we succeed only by prevailing prayer. – Oswald Chambers “

Leave the broken, irreversible past in God’s hands, and step out into the invincible future with Him. – Oswald Chambers “

Faith for my deliverance is not faith in God. Faith means, whether I am visibly delivered or not, I will stick to my belief that God is love. – Oswald Chambers “

It is impossible to live the life of a disciple without definite times of secret prayer. You will find that the place to enter in is in your business, as you walk along the streets, in the ordinary ways of life, when no one dreams you are praying, and the reward comes openly, a revival here, a blessing there. – Oswald Chambers “

The real test of a saint is not one’s willingness to preach the gospel, but one’s willingness to do something like washing the disciples’ feet – that is, being willing to do those things that seem unimportant in human estimation but count as everything to God. – Oswald Chambers “

The only right a Christian has is the right to give up his rights. – Oswald Chambers “

If I obey Jesus Christ in the seemingly random circumstances of life, they become pinholes through which I see the face of God. – Oswald Chambers “

We need to rely on the resurrection life of Jesus on a much deeper level than we do now. We should get in the habit of continually seeking His counsel on everything, instead of making our own commonsense decisions and then asking Him to bless them. He cannot bless them; it is not in His realm to do so, and those decisions are severed from reality. If we do something simply out of a sense of duty, we are trying to live up to a standard that competes with Jesus Christ. We become a prideful, arrogant person, thinking we know what to do in every situation. We have put our sense of duty on the throne of our life, instead of enthroning the resurrection life of Jesus. – Oswald Chambers “

A saint’s life is in the hands of God as a bow and arrow in the hands of an archer. God is aiming at something the saint cannot see; He stretches and strains, and every now and again the saint says, I cannot stand any more. But God does not heed; He goes on stretching until His purpose is in sight, then He lets fly. – Oswald Chambers

How Much More! -David C. McCasland

How Much More!
David C. McCasland
If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him! Luke 11:13

Luke 11:5–13

In October 1915, during World War I, Oswald Chambers arrived at Zeitoun Camp, a military training center near Cairo, Egypt, to serve as a YMCA chaplain to British Commonwealth soldiers. When he announced a weeknight religious service, 400 men packed the large YMCA hut to hear Chambers’s talk titled, “What Is the Good of Prayer?” Later, when he spoke individually with men who were trying to find God in the midst of war, Oswald often quoted Luke 11:13, “If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”

The free gift of God through His Son, Jesus, is forgiveness, hope, and His living presence in our lives through the Holy Spirit. “For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened” (v. 10).

On November 15, 1917, Oswald Chambers died unexpectedly from a ruptured appendix. To honor him, a soldier led to faith in Christ by Oswald purchased a marble carving of a Bible with the message of Luke 11:13 on its open page and placed it beside his grave: “How much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!” This amazing gift from God is available to each of us today.

Father, You are the giver of all good gifts. We thank You for the great gift of the Holy Spirit who lives in us and guides us in Your truth today.

'Pastors Who Collect Offerings Are Thieves!' - Reinhard Bonnke

Celebrated German evangelist Reinhard Bonnke
Celebrated German evangelist Reinhard Bonnke, who is known for his great gospel crusades throughout Africa, has called out pastors who collect offerings from their congregants.
Bonnke, the son of a pastor and who has saved many lost lives, gave his life to the Lord at a tender age of nine, and heard the call to the African mission field before he was even a teenager.
He is currently in Nigeria for a crusade.
Nowadays, pastors, especially in Africa, are conning their followers in the name of performing miracles and healing.
Most of them have adapted to a more sophisticated — and super flamboyant — lifestyles and are giving politicians a run for their money.
Well, evangelist Bonnke, who is among the few preachers who don't collect offerings during crusades, had this to say about rogue pastors. "We are here to bless you; we have brought you gifts of salvation and deliverance; we are here to give and not to take anything from you. Anyone who asks you to give offering for this crusade is a thief and should be reported immediately."

The Power of Empathy - David C. McCasland

Remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison. Hebrews 13:3

Hebrews 2:14–18; 13:1–3

Put on the R70i Age Suit and you immediately feel forty years older as you experience impaired vision, hearing loss, and reduced mobility. The Age Suit was designed to help caregivers better understand their patients. Wall Street Journal correspondent Geoffrey Fowler wore one and wrote, “The unforgettable, and at times distressing, experience shed light not just on aging, but also how virtual reality equipment can teach empathy and shape our perceptions of the world around us.”

Empathy is the power to understand and share the feelings of another. During a time of severe persecution against the followers of Jesus, the writer of Hebrews urged fellow believers to “continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering” (13:3).

This is exactly what our Savior has done for us. Jesus was made like us, “fully human in every way . . . that he might make atonement for the sins of the people. Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted” (2:17–18).

Christ the Lord, who became like us, calls us to stand with others “as if [we] were together with them” during their time of need.

Lord Jesus, we marvel at Your willingness to share our flesh and blood in order to purchase our salvation. Give us grace to stand with others who are in need today.

Hand of comfort - Randy Kilgore

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, . . . who comforts us in all our troubles. 2 Corinthians 1:3–4

2 Corinthians 1:3–7

“Patient is combative,” the nurse’s notes read.

What she didn’t realize until later was that I was having an allergic reaction as I awakened after a complicated open-heart surgery. I was a mess, with a tube down my throat. My body began shaking violently, straining against the straps on my arms, which were there to keep me from suddenly pulling out my breathing tube. It was a frightening and painful episode. At one point, a nurse’s assistant to the right side of my bed reached down and simply held my hand. It was an unexpected move, and it struck me as especially gentle. I began to relax, which caused my body to stop shaking so badly.

Having experienced this with other patients, the nurse’s assistant knew that a hand of comfort could minister to me as well. It was a vivid example of how God uses comfort when His children suffer.

Comfort is a powerful and memorable tool for any caregiver, and Paul tells us in 2 Corinthians 1:3–4 it’s an important part of God’s toolbox. Not only that, but God also multiplies the impact of His comfort by calling us to use the memory of the comfort He gives us to comfort others in similar situations (vv. 4–7). It is but another sign of His great love; and one we can share with others—sometimes in the simplest of gestures.

Thank You, Father, for the comfort You provide to us, either directly or through the acts of Your children. Help us to see where we can apply that same comfort to others in and for Your name.

A good ending - Amy Boucher Pye

The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him. They will see his face. Revelation 22:3–4

Revelation 22:1–5

As the lights dimmed and we prepared to watch Apollo 13, my friend said under his breath, “Shame they all died.” I watched the movie about the 1970 spaceflight with apprehension, waiting for tragedy to strike, and only near the closing credits did I realize I’d been duped. I hadn’t known or remembered the end of the true story—that although the astronauts faced many hardships, they made it home alive.

In Christ, we can know the end of the story—that we too will make it home alive. By that I mean we will live forever with our heavenly Father, as we see in the book of Revelation. The Lord will create a “new heaven and a new earth” as He makes all things new (21:1, 5). In the new city, the Lord God will welcome His people to live with Him, without fear and without the night. We have hope in knowing the end of the story.

What difference does this make? It can transform times of extreme difficulty, such as when people face the loss of a loved one or even their own death. Though we recoil at the thought of dying, yet we can embrace the joy of the promise of eternity. We long for the city where no longer will there be any curse, where we’ll live forever by God’s light (22:5).

Lord Jesus Christ, give me unfailing hope, that I might rest in Your promises and welcome Your life eternal.

This is so motivating

Every Morning This Man Took A Hammer And Dissapeared Till The Late Night. What He Did Then, Revealed Only 22 Years Later

Dashrath Manjhi spent all his life living in a small Indian village. He and his wife were not rich, but they felt so because they had each other. One day Dashrath’s wife got so sick, she needed professional help. The couple had to walk 80km to the nearest town. They wanted to get there as fast as possible, but the road was treacherous, they also had to go around a mountain on their way to get to the doctor.

Unfortunately, the wife didn’t make it to the doctors.

The loss of his closest person was hard to handle for Dashrath. He didn’t know how he would move on without her. Crazed with grief, he came up with a plan. He spent the next several days in search of necessary instruments.

The plan was to dig away that mountain, piece by piece, and to build a short road to the nearest town. He didn’t want the tragedy to repeat to any of people who lived in his village.

Dashrath’s son is in this photo, showing his father’s instruments.

Day by day, Dashrath dug that mountain. His goal was to help his village. At dawn, he went to the mountain and came back at night all tired.

It became a ritual he repeated every day till the day he passed away in 2007. People thought he was a crazy man who disappeared up the mountain every day with his hammer. Only after his death, they discovered what he had been doing.

His work is hard to believe. For 22 years he had managed to dig a passage! It took 80 km to get to the nearest town before, thanks to that crazy man the road takes only 4 km. People can get to schools or hospitals in just an hour!

Ashrath’s work changed the lives of everyone in his village. Children received a chance to go to school, adults found better jobs in the town!

“Dashrath died as a frustrated man, and his work has never been recognized or awarded, but people today remember him, and he inspired many”, commented one villager.

Letter to my unseen lover

The apple of my eye
A foster child of beaut that can never die
As the renown poets often do
Sending the beloved a billet-doux
My lover is the most Precious belle
Most prized than the emarald -coated
-coral-shell

Like the historical dragon guarded hen
That lays the precious golden egg
Unfeigned beauty gracefully blessed
An unequalled glory fully fleshed
That makes me to see you a gem
Precious like the Saxon's emblem

What a magnificent beaut!
With prowess she's wonderfully built
Like the historical gold-rich-mountain
Underneath where springs a gold dust fountain

Why are you so mysteriously made?
Graceful in high grade
Baby! ain't you too beautiful?
So true you're made by a genius God dutiful

Oh! that I could see you face to face
To feel ur deep hidden treasure vase
Like the fictitious treasure island
Believed to be a valley of wealth gland

Oh to have you sit by my side
To tell u how you make my kingdom ride
Your look I can only in picture say
Still I don't want to tell it a tale
And until then when I'll be lucky to give you cover
I still write, a letter to my unseen lover

Sovereign God

There is only one God
The maker of the Universe

Tho' there are deities
Some say the lesser gods
But in truth
None like the suprem' God

Why should I worship an effigy
An image
The idols
Inferior to the mighty one
Housed in the clouds above

Tell me why !
Doesn't He deserve the honor ?
A maker of the little makers
The possessor of heaven and earth

Great father , great friend
A true shelter , the real strength
Runnin' the affairs of the whole world
He's the only sovereign God
